View Using Regular Quality
For regular quality viewing, if you have Internet Explorer 4.0 or Netscape Navigator 4.0 or above, you should have no problem viewing the video streams. You must have Java installed on your machine in order to view the videos. If you are not sure if you have Java installed, or if need to get Java, just follow the link below:

View Using Higher Quality 
In order to use the Higher Quality Viewer, you must have Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher with Direct X 9.0 or higher installed on your machine. Get Direct X free from here: Direct X from Microsoft.
